Refund policy

We operate a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn and unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess and resolve the issue. 

Exceptions or Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of items on sale or gift cards.

Refunds 

We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return, and we will let you know whether the refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
